Construction regulations for pipelines made of metallic materials according to AD 2000 Merkblatt HP 100 R
Pipelines must be designed according to the loads to be absorbed from internal pressure and temperature changes. In addition, the stresses and deflections from the dead weight and additional loads must be restricted.
The HPR module determines the allowable spans of pipelines with and without additional loads. The pipelines can be calculated empty, filled with media and with additional insulation. The calculation is carried out for straight pipes, pipe bends and T-pieces. In addition, the load from internal pressure is verified.
The elasticity control of installed pipelines under temperature stresses is carried out in accordance with Appendix 3 of the HP 100 R data sheet.
